Painters in New York City

We work in the five boroughs the way city buildings require: scheduled access, protected common areas, low-odor products and work finished on the day we said it would be.

Apartments, co-ops and condos

City work is access work. Elevator and freight windows, masked corridors, and a plan that keeps a lived-in apartment usable while it is being painted. Prewar plaster, high ceilings and deep window reveals get skim coating and hand-cut lines, not a fast roll.

Brownstones and townhouses

Original moldings, shutters, stair parts and paneled doors are the reason these houses are worth what they are worth. We strip, fill, sand and spray that millwork, back-brushing it by hand as it goes, and specify durable enamel where hands and furniture actually touch.

Commercial and office interiors

Offices, lobbies, retail and restaurant interiors painted overnight or on weekends so the space opens on schedule. Written scope, phased areas, nightly clean-down and a punch list closed before we leave.
