Commercial painting
Commercial Painting
Occupied buildings and tight scheduling windows. Commercial work is a scheduling problem as much as a painting problem, and we plan it that way.
Built around your operating hours
We phase commercial work so tenants, customers and staff keep using the space: nights, weekends, floor-by-floor or suite-by-suite. Areas are protected and returned to service clean at the end of each shift, with low-odor, low-emission products where occupancy demands it.
- Nights, weekends and phased occupied-building schedules
- Common areas, corridors, stairwells, units and exteriors
- Coordination with property managers and general contractors
Who we work with
General contractors and builders on new construction and fit-outs, property managers on turnover and common-area cycles, and business owners on offices, retail and professional space. On multi-trade sites we sequence around the other trades rather than against them.
Durable specifications
Commercial surfaces get touched, cleaned and scuffed far more than residential ones. We specify scrubbable, higher-sheen products in traffic areas, industrial coatings on metal, and block filler and masonry systems where the substrate calls for it.
Where we have worked
Commercial Painting has been completed across Long Island — Nassau County and Suffolk County, including the Hamptons and the East End — plus New York City and Westchester County.
